‘High Society’s Sung Joon and UEE appeared on this week’s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’ and shared their feelings on the criticism early in their acting career as neither originally started off as actors.
Sung Joon, who was originally a model, stated, “I first got to start being an actor while I was modeling; at that time, I got a lot of hate for not being able to act. However, I think I was stimulated by the criticism, so I wanted to do it [more]. I want to do better and hope that I would become an actor that is like an actor.”
UEE, who started off as an idol, stated, “Of course there is a lot of judgment regarding an idol acting, so I think I need to work harder. I will work in order to show a perfect image after filling up the places where I’m lacking.”
Also on this episode, she was asked to choose between co-stars Hyungsik and Sung Joon, ultimately choosing the latter. Who would you choose? And what are your thoughts on their acting skills?
Uee chose between Sung Joon and Park Hyung Sik during an interview on “One Night of TV Entertainment.”
When a fan asks Uee who is her ideal type between Park Hyung Sik and Sung Joon, she replies that since she’s only ever seen the two men act, she will choose if they take a moment to show off their charms.
As soon as Uee stops talking, Park Hyung Sik immediately and enthusiastically begins a pelvis dance. Sung Joon reluctantly follows suit, looking embarrassed.
After seeing both of their dances, Uee chooses Sung Joon as her final ideal type. Park Hyung Sik incites laughter by saying, “What exactly did I do just now?”
Uee and Lee Kwang-soo started their pink romance on “Running Man.”
On the May 31st episode of SBS’ “Running Man”, comedian Kim Joon-hyun and actress Uee appeared for the ‘Black Bean Sauce’ mission.
As the first mission was to go and visit one of the various black bean noodles, Yoo Jae-suk asked Uee, “Who do you want to go with?”
Uee responded without hesitation, “Today, Kwang-soo oppa looks handsome,” making Lee Kwang-soo excited.
However, unexpected things came up as Uee and Lee Kwang-soo started to do their mission. Uee didn’t mind about her partner Lee Kwang-soo and others’ eyes by hitching up her pants without hesitation, and overpowered Lee Kwang-soo with a strong desire to win.
Lee Kwang-soo said, “Please stop hitching up your pants. Do you have to play a game like this?” making everyone laugh.
Meanwhile, “Running Man” airs every Sunday at 6:10 pm.
After School‘s Uee makes Lee Kwang Soo‘s heart race and cheeks turn pink with her playful remarks on this week’s “Running Man.”
The May 31 broadcast of “Running Man” features Kim Joon Hyun and After School’s Uee as guests for the Black Bean Sauce mission.
Upon receiving the mission card, Uee asks, “Do I have to choose someone to go with me?” She goes on to point at Lee Kwang Soo and say, “Oppa, you have gotten more handsome,” causing Lee Kwang Soo to get completely flustered.
Next, when it is time to choose their noodles, Lee Kwang Soo looks at the selection and casually asks Uee, “Uee, which type do you prefer?”
Smiling, Uee playfully responds, “Oppa, you are my type,” making Lee Kwang Soo all excited once again.
As they sit in the car together headed to the next mission location, Lee Kwang Soo says, “I’m only going to get more handsome. I will become more cool and handsome for you.” Hearing this, Uee bluntly comments, “It’s alright. You don’t have to,” which causes both of them to burst into laughter.
